The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery region and address, as well as the working hours of the delivery service.

We work with trusted shipping partners like DHL. Your package is fully insured during transit and will be delivered right to your doorstep.
We ship out all orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping itself takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the end recipient's location.

If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days after your order arrives to decide whether to return it. After that, we can't give you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please note that the customer is in charge of the return shipping costs and all possible fees.

When will I receive my order?

We typically send out all orders in 2 business days. Depending on your location, you should receive the order in 5-10 business days for Europe, 7-14 business days for North America, and around 15-25 business days anywhere else. Do I have to pay customs taxes?

Orders headed to the US and EU won't be hit with customs tax. However, for some countries (like the UK, Canada, and Switzerland), there might be extra charges such as customs duties, VAT, or other taxes upon delivery. We don't have any say in these fees, and we can't control them. That means we're not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties that pop up during delivery to these countries. If any charges do appear, they'll be the recipient's responsibility.

Great news! Shipping in Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, is free! However, shipping costs vary depending on the item and its destination in the US, Mexico, and Canada.

Are the shipments insured against damage?

All products are insured during shipping for your peace of mind. If your order happens to arrive damaged (though it's unlikely), don't worry! Just get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery, and include photos of both the damaged box and the item. This helps us sort things out with the insurance. We'll be in touch with you throughout the entire process.
