If you need a spare part:

  1. Find the order confirmation email you received after the purchase
  2. Copy the order number from the email
  3. Send us a photo of the part that needs replacing to parts@amatamoments.com
  4. We will send you an invoice for the spare part
  5. After the payment, we'll ship out the spare part to the address you provide

What is the warranty on your furniture products?

AMATA offers a 5-year product warranty for pressure-treated items. It protects against rot or insect damage under everyday use. Additionally, there's a 24-month warranty on the structure. It accounts for the traits of wood and resin but excludes some conditions. Read out full warranty info here.

All products are insured during shipping for your peace of mind. If your order happens to arrive damaged (though it's unlikely), don't worry! Just get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery, and include photos of both the damaged box and the item. This helps us sort things out with the insurance.
