Understanding the scope of our warranty
Pressure-treated products
Enjoy peace of mind with our 5-year warranty, which protects against rot or insect damage under normal usage conditions. If issues arise, contact us with your purchase document, including the visible product number and date, for efficient resolution. Mechanical damage or exposure to extreme elements like excessive humidity, heat, or inappropriate chemicals are excluded from coverage.
Product structure warranty
Our robust AMATA products come with a 24-month warranty, assuring worry-free use. We stand behind the structural integrity of our creations.
Understanding natural traits
Wood is lively. It shows cracks and tears in dry weather, but they fade in damp conditions. They include knots and fallen-out knots (up to 2 cm cross size). Also, discoloration and fading are industry-accepted. Straight tears and cracks, if not wide-open or resulting from shrinkage or desiccation, are natural and will fade as humidity rises.
Resin appearance
Embrace resin's natural traits, including possible torsion and warping, without compromising overall structural strength.
Note on guarantee
Our guarantee doesn't cover defects caused by insufficient protection measures. It does not apply to:
- Wooden details already painted or processed with a wood preservative.
- Concealed surfaces with non-planted areas, color differences, or waning on obvious parts.
- Complaints due to incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, improper use, roughness, abuse, neglect, or products subsiding or falling due to an incompetently made foundation.
- Complaints arising from self-initiated changes to the product.
- Everyday wear or stretching due to weathering or use, fading, minor discoloration, color variances in the wood grain, resin, or between replacement parts and pieces. This includes normal wear or fading of personalized laser engraving.
Checking and damages
Wood products exposed to outside elements may develop minor cracks. We do not cover damage or failure caused by freight or acts of nature. This includes freezing, ice, hurricanes, tornadoes, and high winds.
