If you need a spare part:
- Find the order confirmation email you received after the purchase
- Copy the order number from the email
- Send us a photo of the part that needs replacing to parts@amatamoments.com
- We will send you an invoice for the spare part
- After the payment, we'll ship out the spare part to the address you provide
Delivery and returns
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery region and address, as well as the working hours of the delivery service.
